Services: Our services are tailored to your individual needs and are provided with utmost care and attention. Once a service has been booked and payment has been made, refunds will not be issued. However, all purchases of services are fully transferable, meaning that if you cannot attend or no longer need the service, you have the option to allow someone else to attend in your place. In the event that you need to reschedule a one-on-one session, please provide a 48-hour notice.
Workshops: Participation in our workshops is a valuable investment in your personal development. We do not provide refunds for workshop registrations. However, all purchases of workshops are fully transferable, allowing you to designate someone else to attend in your place. If you are unable to attend a workshop, please contact us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date for possible alternatives, such as rescheduling or transferring your registration. For collective manifestation classes, a 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling, and you will be moved to the next available class. Please note that collective manifestation classes may change, but rest assured that all workshops are tailored to be taken by any person at any stage of their manifestation journey.
Digital Downloads: Our digital downloads are carefully curated to enhance your manifestation journey. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, refunds will not be issued. If you encounter any technical issues with your download or have questions about the content, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will promptly assist you.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is 100% a priority at The Sign Lady Shop. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please submit a service request form at the bottom of this page, and we will work to meet your request.
